Job Summary:
• Manufacturing coordination

Job Responsibilities:
1、Investment & Asset Management
• CAPEX planning, tracking and release for VM/MG-CN and coordinator for VM-CN
• Asset management of S211/S212/S501, cycle counting and annual physical counting
• Coordinator for the government audit and get the incentive with COM
• Strengthening of Machine Re-Use and other CAPEX reduction measures
2、Strategic Footprint & Site Concept of China
• Support VM/MFC strategic assessment of the China manufacturing footprint for new product and prepare the scenarios and decision proposals for management
• Site classification and location concept
• LTP-M
3、Plant Volume Allocation (PVA)
• Support the VM-CN PVA process
• Creation of transparency on capacities, volumes and manufacturing allocation
• Support of cross-location and cross-business-unit allocation decisions
4、GR related
• Responsible for planning and improvement of S211/S212/S501 utility cost
• Office seat planning and allocation for VM-CN
• GR facility related cost tracking and optimization
5、Miscellaneous
• Associate satisfaction improvement, Skip level meeting organization
• Standard document update: MG-CN presentation, Plant tour script, VM/MG-CN strategy etc.
• OKR related coordination
• Coordination and preparation for events and visits
• Annual contingency plan of VM/MG-CN
• Support the internal and external audit
• PUL and SUL report
6、Other projects assigned
• MFC office w. 2 sub-ordinates
• MG-CN sectary group
