Job Description
负责已量产轴向柱塞泵/马达平台的持续优化、市场应用拓展及全生命周期技术支持，确保产品具备竞争力并提升客户满意度。
Responsible for continuous optimization, market application expansion, and full lifecycle technical support of mass-produced axial piston pump/motor platforms, ensuring product competitiveness and enhancing customer satisfaction.
（一）量产产品研发（Mass Production Product Development）
1. 产品配置与选型设计：基于量产平台快速响应客户需求，完成产品配置设计与选型优化。
Rapidly respond to customer needs based on mass production platforms to complete product configuration design and selection optimization.
2. 技术问题解决与客户支持：提供全生命周期技术支持，系统性解决客户问题并提升满意度。
Provide full lifecycle technical support, systematically solve customer problems and enhance satisfaction.
3. 零部件国产化与降本优化：推进零部件国产化验证与降本增效，保障质量并优化成本。
Drive component localization validation and cost reduction while ensuring quality and optimizing costs.
4. 产品性能持续改进：持续优化产品性能与可靠性，提升市场竞争力并降低保修成本。
Continuously optimize product performance and reliability to enhance market competitiveness and reduce warranty costs.
5. 技术文档与知识管理：管理技术文档与知识资产，为跨部门提供培训支持。
Manage technical documentation and knowledge assets, providing training support across departments.
6. 跨部门协作：协同多部门优化流程与解决异常，提升整体运营效率。
Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize processes and resolve abnormalities, improving overall operational efficiency.
（二）新产品研发（New Product Development）
1. 需求分析与方案设计：深入用户需求与工况分析，完成方案设计与澄清，明确新产品开发要求。
Analyze customer requirements and operating conditions in depth; complete concept design and clarification to define new product development requirements.
2. 功能与结构设计：完成新产品全部功能与结构设计，开展仿真分析与设计优化。
Complete full functional and structural design of new products, and conduct simulation analysis and design optimization.
3. 试验验证与样件开发：制定并实施试验与验证方案，推进样件试制、测试与优化迭代。
Define and implement test and validation plans; drive prototype manufacturing, testing, and optimization iterations.
4. 项目流程与质量门交付：遵循公司项目管理流程，完成全部五个质量门交付，保障项目高质量推进。
Follow company project management process to deliver all five quality gates, ensuring high-quality project execution.
