Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our dynamic Business Development (BUD) team in the role of Business Development Graduate. This position is an opportunity to develop a strong foundation in business analytics, strategy, and client relations within a world-class organisation.
In this role, you will play a dual part: empowering our team with data-driven insights—including market intelligence via platforms—while ensuring the smooth administrative functioning of the department.You will also gain invaluable, first-hand commercial experience by shadowing Business Development Managers in customer meetings and workshops.
Key tasks include:
• Collect, clean, and analyse company and market data to identify key business trends and growth opportunities within focus sectors.
• Utilise specialised market intelligence platforms (e.g., PitchBook) to research competitor profiles, investment trends, and potential business partners.
• Assist in the preparation of regular reports, dashboards, and strategic presentations for senior management.
• Administrative support for the BUD team, including scheduling meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and maintain CRM system.
