Job Description
You are accountable for enabling functional excellence within your team, ensure we do ‘the thing right";
You as a business lead:
• Act as an expert and digital thought leader to empower Alliance and China RGBs
• Ensure project/solutions’ delivery effectiveness & efficiency with end-to-end responsibility
• Identify China IT cost reduction opportunities and take measures
• Foster exchange and collaboration across RGBs<>BACN, drive China team as best practice exploration in BD global
You as functional excellence master:
• take responsibility that your specific tribe reaches functional mastery
• Translation of functional priorities into training and enablement of your team
• implement and ensure consistency of standards and governance, drive methodological approaches
You as people developer:
• ensure necessary resources are available at the required skill level for BD teams, manage capacity by recruiting & upskilling
• ensure excellent onboarding experience for newcomers and talent retention
• lead talents and ensure their continuous development
• align and grow new areas of expertise within your team
• create an open and inspiring environment for learning and innovation
