Job Description
What you get to do in this role:
• Act as a trusted talent advisor to senior Go-To-Market leaders across Korea & Asia , shaping hiring strategy and making sure staffing goals are met.
• Run full-cycle recruiting for revenue-critical roles, including Account Executives, Solution Sales and Solution Consulting.
• Negotiate complex offers and close top GTM talent in competitive, counteroffer-heavy markets.
• Bring market intelligence on talent, pay and competitors to inform hiring decisions. Push back and advise on trade-offs when needed.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and recurring roles across the region.
• Develop and track metrics that improve sourcing results and show ROI.
• Give candidates a great experience, with clear and timely communication at every stage
