Role Summary: The HR Executive will support end-to-end recruitment activities while assisting in core HR operations. This role involves coordinating hiring processes, maintaining employee records, and ensuring smooth onboarding and HR administration. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and eager to build a strong foundation in human resources.
Key Responsibilities: • Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidate interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Support offer rollout and onboarding formalities.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Manage attendance and leave records.
• Assist with payroll inputs and employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements: • Graduate / MBA in HR (preferred).
• 0–1 year of relevant experience or strong internship exposure.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Hands on experience in HRMS system is a plus.
