Role Mandate
Build and lead Beco’s Trade Marketing & Commercial Excellence agenda, driving superior retail execution, sales productivity and ROI across General Trade, Modern Trade & Emerging Channels.
Key Responsibilities
• Own Trade Marketing strategy and annual activation calendar.
• Drive Perfect Store execution – availability, assortment, visibility and share of shelf.
• Build high-ROI trade schemes, promotions, displays and retailer programs.
• Drive Commercial Excellence through sales analytics, dashboards and execution KPIs.
• Improve Sales Force & Distributor productivity and outlet throughput.
• Lead Revenue Growth Management – pricing, promotions, margins and trade-spend ROI.
• Identify distribution and assortment white spaces using market and sales data.
• Strengthen SFA/DMS adoption, sales processes and review mechanisms.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to deliver profitable growth.
Ideal Candidate
• 10–15 years of strong FMCG Trade Marketing / Sales Excellence experience.
• Deep understanding of GT & MT execution and distributor economics.
• Strong analytical, commercial and execution orientation.
• Experience working across multiple geographies/channels.
• Comfortable combining large-company discipline with startup speed and agility.
