About the Role:We’re looking for a driven Medical Affairs Manager to build and scale global medical partnerships. This role will own collaborations with international universities and medical associations, driving endorsements, MoUs, and high-impact academic initiatives.
Responsibilities:• • Own and drive international partnerships with universities, associations, and healthcare bodies.
• Lead end-to-end MoU and endorsement deals - from outreach to closure.
• Build co-branded programs, certifications, and academic collaborations.
• Ensure medical accuracy, quality, and compliance across all initiatives.
• Work closely with product, content, and growth teams to scale programs.
• Represent the organization in global meetings, webinars, and conferences.
• Track impact, optimize partnerships, and drive measurable outcomes.
Education & Skills:• • MBBS (mandatory)
• MD preferred in: Pharmacology / Pathology / General Medicine / Internal Medicine
• 3–4 years in Medical Affairs / Healthcare Partnerships / Clinical Strategy
• Proven experience in international tie-ups, MoUs, or institutional collaborations
• Strong communicator with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Additional Skills: (Preference)• • Experience in CME/CPD, digital health, or ed-tech platforms
• Exposure to global medical ecosystems and accreditation systems
• Existing network with international institutions or KOLs
