Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Developer who can independently handle development tasks, understand business requirements, and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform.
🔧 Key Responsibilities: •Develop custom solutions using Apex, Triggers, LWC, Aura Components •Design and optimize SOQL/SOSL queries •Implement Flows, Validation Rules, and Process Automations •Work on REST/SOAP integrations with third-party systems •Handle deployments using change sets / DevOps tools •Maintain code quality, follow best practices, and participate in code reviews •Work closely with functional consultants and stakeholders
✅ Required Skills: •2–3 years of Salesforce development experience •Strong command over Apex & Lightning Web Components •Good understanding of Salesforce security model (Profiles, Roles, Sharing Rules, OWD) •Experience with integrations and APIs •Version control knowledge (Git)
➕ Good to Have: •DevOps exposure (CI/CD pipelines, Copado, Jenkins, etc.) •Knowledge or experience in CPQ / Revenue Cloud / Health Cloud / Communication Cloud / Consumer Goods Cloud •Immediate joiner preferred
