Job Summary
We are looking for a Salesforce professional with strong hands-on experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Data Cloud to design, build, and implement scalable CRM and customer data solutions. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and integration teams to deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions that improve sales productivity, customer service, and data-driven decision-making.Key Responsibilities
Sales Cloud
Implement and customize Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity, and Forecasting processesConfigure Sales Processes, Path, Record Types, Page Layouts, Validation Rules, and AutomationDesign and optimize Lead Assignment Rules, Opportunity Pipelines, and CPQ (if applicable)Build dashboards and reports to track sales performance and KPIsService Cloud
Design and implement Case Management solutions (Queues, Assignment Rules, Escalations)Configure Omni-Channel, CTI, Live Chat, Email-to-Case, Web-to-CaseImplement Service Console, Macros, Quick Text, and KnowledgeSupport Field Service, Service Appointments, and customer interaction workflowsEnable Experience Cloud for customer/partner self-service (if required)Salesforce Data Cloud
Design and manage Data Streams from Salesforce and external systemsConfigure Identity Resolution, Calculated Insights, and Unified Customer ProfilesImplement Data Model Objects (DMOs) and mapping strategiesEnable real-time and batch data ingestionIntegrate Data Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and AgentforceSupport segmentation, activation, and analytics use casesAutomation & Development
Build automations using Flows (Record-Triggered, Screen, Scheduled)Develop using Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, and Batch Jobs (when required)Build Lightning Web Components (LWC) for custom UIEnsure code quality, performance, and security best practicesIntegration & Architecture
Design integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, MuleSoftIntegrate Salesforce with ERP, CRM, Marketing, and external data sourcesSupport SSO, OAuth, and security compliance requirementsReporting, Analytics & AI
