Job Role CMO Sales (Speciality Chemicals)
Key Responsibilities:• Manage and develop contract and external manufacturing partners for speciality chemicals.
• Coordinate tech transfer, scale-up, and commercial production with external manufacturers.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, regulatory, and compliance standards.
• Monitor production schedules, costs, yields, and timelines to ensure seamless supply.
• Act as a single point of contact between R&D;, QA, SCM, and manufacturing partners.
• Support vendor qualification, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:• Bachelor’s / Master’s in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
• Relevant years of experience in contract/external manufacturing within speciality chemicals.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and tech transfer.
• Good coordination, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
