Job Description
• Develop Recruitment Strategies: Tailor strategies to meet staffing needs using various channels.
• Post Job Openings: Write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms.
• Source and Screen Candidates: Use online channels and networking to find candidates and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate Interviews: Schedule and manage interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Enhance Candidate Experience: Ensure positive communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Understand role requirements and support hiring managers.
• Maintain Data: Keep accurate records in the applicant tracking system and provide recruitment reports.
• Promote Employer Brand: Participate in branding initiatives and events.
Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in talent acquisition or similar roles.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms and ATS.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:• HR or Talent Acquisition certification.
• Industry-specific experience.
• Proficiency with recruitment marketing tools.
