Job Description
**Main Responsibilities**
• Develop and manage regional Trade Term Scheme within the global framework, including approval rules and market-level guidance.
• Steer regional rollout, governance and publication of TTS policies, processes and documentation.
• Monitor concession spend, exception rates and compliance trends to identify risks and improvement areas.
• Manage concession exception reviews, including high-risk cases, audit trails and escalation requirements.
• Coordinate with Commercial Management, Pricing, Controlling, Legal and market teams on TTS changes and corrective actions.
• Ensure regional markets apply concession and trade term policies consistently whilst maintaining audit readiness.
• Communicate policy updates, clarifications and governance requirements to markets and business stakeholders.
• Own concession metrics reporting and support consolidated trend reviews with Pricing Performance.
• Review and escalate concession data anomalies, coordinating remediation with relevant data owners and hubs.
