Mobility is the key service at Grab. "Strategy and BizOps - Mobility team" is responsible for aligning business direction and executing initiatives across all services nationwide. Our goal is to offer the best transportation services to passengers while providing job opportunities for drivers. The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Own and drive key supply performance metrics and exploiting opportunities to drive and capture growth for Grab mobility business
• Transform large sets of data to• analyse and get insights to make business decisions in special projects
• continuously evolve strategies to incentivize and shift drivers' behavior and maintain healthy retention rate
• optimize and strengthen core services of Grab transport businesses countrywide with regional marketplace team

• Manage multiple, critical, time-sensitive initiatives with stakeholders across the organization to ensure quick and effective execution
• On-ground visit key cities to gather insights, opportunities for both drivers and passengers and propose growth strategies
