• Drive GrabFood's national merchant selection growth via end-to-end strategic project PMO, quantitative commercial design, and data-led operations.
• Directly manage a team driving both scalable mass-acquisition engines and high-touch strategic merchant acquisition.
• Oversee project execution, strict timeline tracking, clear milestone management, and data-backed performance optimization across all channels.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales Ops, Growth, and relevant stakeholders to optimize commercial levers and scale repeatable sales plans.

The day-to-day activities:

• Lead Prioritization: Turn scattered merchant datasets into hyper-targeted, structured lead pipelines to maximize the efficiency of our ground sales teams.
• Omnichannel Optimization: Apply analytical models to manage resource allocation across digital lead gen, external partner networks, and offline visibility collateral placement.
