Job Description
We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to join our Learning Design and Experience (LDEx) team.
In this role, you will own the complete learning lifecycle, from analyzing training needs and designing curriculum to developing learning materials, facilitating train-the-trainer sessions, and evaluating training effectiveness. You will create engaging learning experiences across classroom, virtual, self-paced, and e-learning environments.
This is an AI-forward role, where you will leverage generative AI and other AI tools throughout the instructional design process to accelerate content analysis, curriculum design, content development, and revisions, while maintaining accountability for instructional quality, accuracy, and learner outcomes.
Beyond course development, you will help solve business and performance challenges through innovative learning solutions that deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
• Design end-to-end learning solutions using instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE, SAM, and Bloom's Taxonomy.
• Analyze business requirements, review content, and identify knowledge and performance gaps.
• Develop curriculum maps, learning paths, lesson plans, facilitator guides, learner materials, job aids, assessments, and e-learning content.
• Create learning solutions for instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, self-paced, and digital learning environments.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information, validate content, and ensure accuracy.
• Utilize AI tools to support content analysis, storyboarding, scripting, drafting, and content refinement while ensuring quality and compliance standards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver learning projects on time and according to project requirements.
• Conduct and support Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions to ensure successful implementation of learning programs.
• Coordinate training readiness requirements, including tools, systems, technology, and learning materials needed before deployment.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness using Kirkpatrick's Four Levels of Evaluation and recommend continuous improvements.
• Lead learning initiatives that address organizational, operational, or performance challenges.
• Manage multiple instructional design projects simultaneously while meeting quality and delivery expectations.
