Job Description
• Provide 2nd and 3rd-level SAP support to Bosch’s global users, focusing on the SD module and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of SAP projects.
• Manage problems, incidents, capacity, availability, and service levels, monitoring system performance and identifying failures.
• Create and maintain project documentation and operational manuals.
