Market Intelligence Consultant

Market intelligence consultant plays a key role in delivering high-quality market insights, data analysis, and actionable recommendations to clients. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to transform complex data into meaningful business stories that help clients make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze retail measurement and market data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Prepare regular client reports, presentations, and insight packages.
• Support Customer Success Managers in responding to client requests and business questions.
• Conduct data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of deliverables.
• Generate insights and recommendations that address client business objectives.
• Monitor category, brand, and competitive performance across assigned markets.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Operations, Data Processing, and Commercial teams.
• Assist in developing client-ready presentations and participate in client meetings when required.
• Support ad hoc analysis, deep dives, and special projects.
• Ensure timely delivery of reports in line with service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Generating and qualify leads by spotting unmet client needs, emerging categories, and whitespace opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in market research, data analytics, customer success, Marketing, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
