The role of a Business Owner is crucial for start up project. Main tasks as below:

• Strategic planning: Crafting a vision for the future development plan to achieve business objectives and sustainable growth
• Business acumen: Dealing with various business scenarios and insights of risk and opportunities to make sound decisions
• Financial management: Understanding of budgeting and finacial statement to ensure the financial health of the business
• Leadership: Recruiting and developing team members to foster teamwork and optimize their contribution to business success
• Other adhoc tasks from GM
